Edmund Hoyt as chief financial

succeeds Bernard Freibaum.
Hoyt has served as senior vice
president and chief accounting
officer of the REIT since 2000.
Additionally, Adam Metz will
replace John Bucksbaum as
CEO. Thomas H. Nolan, Jr.
will be interim president replacing Robert Michaels.

executive officer. He replaces
Marc Holliday, who previously

WRE) appointed William T.
Camp as executive vice president
and chief financial officer. He will
succeed Sara L. Grootwassink.
