supermarket-anchored and drugstore-anchored centers in nine
mid-Atlantic and New England states. Cedar has realized significant
growth in assets and has completed a number of (re)developments of
retail proeprties since its public offering in 2003. Cedar presently owns
and operates approximately 12.1 million sq. ft. of GLA at 121 properties;
approximately 75% are anchored by supermarkets and drugstores with
average remaining lease terms of approximately 11 years. Cedar also owns
a substantial pipeline of development properties and 406 acres in
primarily unimproved development parcels.
